Chef Tony has a long and renowned culinary career\, including serving as Executive Chef for several exclusive Indianapolis restaurants and as Director of Culinary Education at the Chef’s Academy. He and Rosa\, whose ancestry is from the Reggio-Calabria region of Italy\, make 90% of the products they sell at their market.
