1: Le Morette Chiaretto Rose
- notes: the wine is crisp, fresh, salty & citrusy
Wilted radicchio salad with grapefruit segments & blue cheese, garnished with toasted cashews & honey drizzle
2: Poggiosecco Chianti
- notes: the wine is fresh, earthy & rustic
Eggplant Parmesan Stack, plate garnished with herb oil & fresh basil chiffonade on top
3: Demarie Nebbiolo
- notes: the wine is elegant & dry with cutting tannins and precise fruit that loves herby/savory flavors
Roasted Lamb lollipop over herby bucatini (shaved parmesan over both and around the plate for elegance), garnished with fresh chopped herbs (thyme and/or rosemary-depending on what’s in the pasta)
4. Il Ceppo Prosecco
- notes: the wine is soft, fresh & foamy
Cannoli…Nuts are a very regional flavoring in dessert, and creaminess is perfect with this wine; lemon citrus and pistachio crusted cannoli
