Mike started making pasta, specifically cavatelli, at a young age with his Italian grandmother in the garage of her Cleveland, Ohio home. He enjoyed the hard work that went into it, bonding with his grandmother and of course being able to eat the finished product! As Mike grew up, he jumped in the food and beverage industry and never looked back. Over the past 40 years Mike has worked in every position including back of house, front of the house, management & ownership.
Chris began his love affair with pasta at young age as well. Growing up with Mike as his dad, Sunday’s were all about food and family. Most every Sunday of Chris’s childhood was spent making Italian dishes in his Fishers, Indiana home. Although Chris did not start in the food and beverage industry as early as his father, he is happy to be jumping in now.
Together, long time Fishers residents, Mike & Chris are excited to be bringing Real. Fresh. Pasta. to the people.
