IHSI Lecture Series – “The History of Puglia” by Professor Carl Ipsen

Professor Ipsen, a member of the IU Faculty since 1994, is an historian of modern Italy. He is a fellow in the American Academy in Rome and is a founding member of the IU Food Institute. He is currently on sabbatical in Italy working on the history of olive oil.
