Society board member, Carol Faenzi, has arranged for a cooking class for our members with her cousin, Monica Ricci, who lives in Rome.
Monica has given cooking classes in Indianapolis during previous visits. She also works with the great local restaurant Tinker Street to create special Italian menus for them.
Monica has mastered the traditional recipes of both the Tuscan and Roman kitchens and learned these firsthand from grandmothers of both regions – the best training possible!
The class will be limited to only 10 of our members.
The price of $120 will include all materials, ingredients, instruction, the recipes, and wine plus all the fun of making beautiful pasta together and enjoying a communal dinner.
