2025 Golf Tournament Benefiting the Italian Heritage Society’s Scholarship Program
In Memory of Pietro Ferri and David Page
On Sunday, June 22nd, 120 golfers gathered at the Sarah Shank Golf Course for a morning round of golf, followed by a sumptuous banquet at Primo Banquet Hall. The event featured a raffle, with prizes ranging from golf shirts to golf bags. Congratulations to the Scholarship Recipients!
Long-time Italian Heritage Society of Indiana member Matthew Iaria has once again organized this large event to fund the Society’s scholarship program.
Each year, the Society awards scholarships to high school seniors or recent graduates of Italian descent. The rules for applying can be found on our website.
The essay that the candidates complete includes responding to this question:
Why Should We Have an Italian Heritage Society?
Congratulations to our five 2025 scholarship winners who each received $1,000. We have included a small excerpt of their answers.
