Led by Ray E. Brown Jr., this 2-mile walking tour explores the history of Italian legacy of the near southeast area of Indianapolis. The tour will start at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, which has been the heart of Indianapolis’ Italian community, the bocce courts at Lacey Park, and other historical places in the area. After the tour, we can gather at Iaria’s Restaurant for lunch.

Free to the public and suitable for all ages

Park in one of the two parking lots across the street of the church.
In case of inclement weather, bring an umbrella!
